Cabel is known on Youtube as CABEL28 or CBL Animation. He is a 17-year old animator who lives in the legit country of the United States of America. He started creating animations in late 2010. Ever since, he's made around fifty films, which have generated over 2.7 million hits. Recently, he ended his partnership with Google Adsense, and has since been partnered with BroadBandTV.
