Delia Antal was born in Zalau, Romania to parents Dorel and Ileana Antal (traders). She has one brother Radu Daniel Antal. Delia never dreamed she would become a film maker. She has a degree in economics, but her dream was always to be in the public eye and do what she loves most, acting. As a teenager, due to a few friends, she gave up her ambition to become an actress. They told her that she needs to have lots of money to bribe the judges to get to study acting in Romania and pursue a career. Her parents could not afford that. But in 2004, as soon as she finished her Economics degree, Delia moved to London where she had experienced really tough times, having all sorts of jobs. When she finally had some savings, Delia dedicated all her time to film making. Delia studied acting both in London and Los Angeles, and later writing and directing, in the pursuit of a successful career. Delia is now following in the Hollywood trend of screen writing, directing, producing and acting in the same film, and she is making her debut with a leading role in a feature length film, in this case: DORA. Her latest appearances include feature films Nice Guy as Virginia and Veer as a Royalty, as well as a few stage performances in the London.
