"Eighteen, Nineteen" depicts a youth scandal involving fraternal twins Ho-Ya and Seo-Ya. They experience their last winter before they become adults ...
During the summer when Seo-Ya turns 18, she confesses her feelings to Ho-Ya. Her fraternal twin brother, already timid in nature, becomes embarrassed and starts to date Do-Mi (Uhm Hyun Kyung). In response, Seo-Ya begins seeing an upperclassman at there school named Il-Gang (Kim Jung-Hun). Il-Gang is a member of the school's boxing club and popular with the female students. Now, conflicts arise for Ho-Ya, Do-Mi, Seo-Ya and Il-Gang due to their relationships. Soon, Seo-Ya sinks into despair due to Il-Gang. Her twin brother, Ho-Ya then seeks to get revenge. Ho-Ya takes up boxing lessons with a tough female coach named Gi-Ji (Lee Young-Jin). Finally, Ho-Ya faces Il-Gang during an amateur tournament.
